No Surrender At Arnhem
Peatling was a young paratrooper in Arnhem who refuses to surrender and decides to hide from the Germans. A Dutch policeman takes him to the resistance group who hide him for an exciting few months until he can reunite with the Canadian army in the spring of 1945. Personal account of the author's experiences at Arnhem, and having refused to surrender, his seven months behind enemy lines; based on his diary written at the time.
