RANGERS U.S. Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment
RANGERS U.S. Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment
The 75th Ranger Regiment is the premier light infantry unit in the world. The Regiment is a key player in the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) which in turn is a component of the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The 2,300 men that make up the Regiment’s three battalions and headquarters element are highly trained and motivated Airborne and Ranger qualified infantrymen. The Ranger Regiment has the highest priority for all types of support that the US Army has to offer. This ensures that it is always at the cutting edge of readiness and preparedness. The author Joel B. Paskauskas II took a recent photo ops with the Rangers and brought us large, clear and detailed images of the Rangers in action. Images include training with the Ranger Special Operations Vehicle, 160th Night Stalkers, motorbikes; Snipers, Medics, Reconnaissance, Airborne, MOUT; latest weapons and gears like M4, NVG, RACK.
